Lasercut front saddle extension brackets: These two brackets can be riveted to the front frame of reproduction saddles, giving a better fitting point for fitting them to the top frame tube - They are also particularly useful If fitting a Reproduction rubber saddle.  Price is per pair

- This is the fabricated bracket that was used on Postwar Pre-Featherbed framed SOHC International models to mount the Lucas Voltage Regulator, under the saddle.  The mounting bolt affixes to the frame rear mudguard/top oil tank bracket mount (see detail listing).  This item is fabricated by us, using an original Norton mount bracket as the pattern.  As shown in the 1948 Norton Spare Parts catalog - Part Number A11/843. 

This item is for a pair of the correct shape and profile, alloy plugs that were fitted into the top of the rear Plunger spindles that were fitted to all Norton Gardengate frames - from 1939 to the early 1950's.  Original plugs are often badly damaged, broken off or have just come out making the top of the plunger suspension area look messy.  These plugs are CNC manufactured to be lightly tapped into the original spindle holes and will greatly improve the appearance of the rear end, where they sit quite prominently.  The plug heads are lightly linished and polished.  Price is per pair of plugs 

This item is for a pair of complete rear wheel adjuster assemblies - with all parts patterned as per the original items, to fit Gardengate Plunger Norton Models (singles and twins).  It consists of two fabricated wheel spindle holders (that wrap around the alloy plunger castings), two distinctive square head bolts - of the correct profile, two dished plates, two washers and four adjuster bolts - the locknuts being a smaller spanner sise than the main nuts - all as per the original Norton design.  The fabricated spindle holders are in nickel plated steel, while all the other parts are CNC manufactured in stainless steel.  Price is for two complete assemblies (i.e. enough for one bike).  See Detail listing for more information

This item listing is for a pair of the distinctive square headed rear wheel adjustment bolts, adjustment nuts and locknuts, to fit Gardengate Plunger Norton Models. The 'Gardengate' was the plunger type spring frame that Norton adopted for all sprung models from 1939, through to the early 1950's an was offered for OHV and SOHC roadgoing singles, pre-Featherbed (Dominator) twins and the racing model Manx Nortons from 1939-50.  All parts CNC made in stainless steel with correct BSC threads.  See detail isting for more information 

This item is for a pair of the distinctive dished caps that were fitted to the rear of all Norton Gardengate Plunger suspension castings (i..e plunger frames manufactured from 1939 to the early 1950's on all models), and fitted over the alloy castings, allowing for adjustment of the rear chain adjuster.  These items are copied from an original pattern and are CNC manufactured in stainless steel, so will not rust and look very pretty.  Price is for a pair of the caps

This item is for 4 of the correct profile and spanner size 5/16"nuts to fit the original Gardengate Plunger rear wheel adjusters, CNC manufactured in stainless steel.  The main adjuster nuts are double chamfered and deeper than commercially available nuts, while the adjuster nuts are 'reduced head', i.e. a smaller spanner size than normal 5/16" nuts, to allow for easier adjustment - both types being replicated from the original Norton nuts.  Price is for 4 nuts. 

This item is for a pair of the correct, original Norton pattern, bolts and extra heavy washers that were fitted to the bottom of plunger spindles to Norton Gargengate type (plunger) frames.  The set consists of 2 CNC manufactured bolts, 2 washers in stainless steel and are identical in pattern to originals.  See detail listing for more information 

This item is for a pair of the extra thick washers that were fitted under the head of the plunger spindle bolt on Norton Gardengate plunger frames.  They were made extremely thick, so when the bolt was tightened, it would pull the plunger spindle taper into the bottom frame casting without bending.  These are as per the originals in thickness, but in stainless steel so will not rust.  Price is per pair. 

These period racing number plates are high quality aluminium plates, of the same design as were originally fitted to historic race bikes in their day. They can be painted in whatever colour is desired and are strong and with the correct bevel lip around their circumference as the original items had.  Price is Each

- These racing number plates have the correct distinctive oval shape and bevelled lip as fitted to competition bikes manufactured from the 1930's to the 1950's -Supplied in a variety of colours.  They are made in plastic, and therefore not of the same quality as the aluminum ones we also sell - but practical if regularly competing, as they are pre-coloured and changing numbers does not take paint off.  Price is each (and screws also available here)

Excellent reproduction example of the classic 'Dunlop' rubber competition saddle, used on Norton SOHC Racing Internationals and other competition motorcycles of the 1930's.  Supplied in kit form and includes a pair of our own lasercut front mounting brackets.  June 2022:  Sorry still no update on a new manufacturer for these - and I am still trying!

These are chromed saddle springs of the parallel mount type as fitted to the rigid and plunger Norton frames with the saddle mount lugs going vertical - as per International, SOHC Manx and some pushrod frames (i.e. check your frame does not have its saddle mounts coming out sideways at 90 degree to vertical - which needs a different spring. They are in the correct conical shape and have a free length of approx 4.5". Price per pair

This is a high quality reproduction of the Pre-War racing 'Moseley Air Cushion' type rear pillion bumpad, as fitted as original equipment on late model Velocette KTT's and occasionally pre-war Manx Nortons.  We have had these replicated exlusively for us from a long established specialist UK upholsterer. This is a high quality reproduction of a typical 1930's-40's black 'bum pad' as commonly fitted to many Pre-War sports or racing bikes.  This type is 'Wedged' - i.e. slightly higher on one end than the other, and typical of the type fitted to competition bikes in period.  This bum pad has a steel frame - see detail listing for dimensions and more information and availability.  Price is Each

Pack of 4: 7/8" long x 1/4" Stainless Steel BSC bolts (with plain heads - no writing on them), and these bolts have the special 'Norton type' curved head, popular for various fastenings on Norton single models 1930's/50.s. These come with nuts fitted and one pan washer and one normal washer per bolt - all in stainless steel.  Ideal for mudguards and attaching racing number plates and upholstery etc.  Price is for a pack of four.  Manufactured in UK and nice quality

This is a high quality reproduction of the small type of bum pad/rear mudguar squab, commonly fitted to 1920's to 1930's sports and racing bikes.  It is smaller than a typical 'Pillion' pad of that era, but would provide extra comfort for a solo rider, as well as giving a very period sports bike look.  They are very nicely made in high quality material, and have a metal base with two central bolt mounts.  See listing for more detailed dimensions. These DOHC Manx Norton type seat cover kits are professionallly hand manufactured in the UK - using a genuine 1950's Manx Norton Seat pan and cover as templates.  The kit consists of the hand stitched cover, with correct red beading and accurate black vinyl, Foam kit, pop rivets and some drawing templates taken from original DOHC Manx Norton seat pan.  See listing for detail information

This is a reproduction rear pillion bumpad of 'generic' type. It is reasonable copy of a period bumpad and can be used either as a pillion pad on rigid/plunger roadgoing Norton's, or as a racing bumpad.
