This is the rubber 'T Piece' connector pipe fitted to Norton OHV Singles from 1948-51 (i.e. upright gearbox models with the 1948 onwards OHV engine design) - that was fitted to the Oil Feed Return Pipe assembly, and was used to feed oil directly to the rockerbox on that engine type. These are manufactured to the original Norton design (copied from an original) from high quality oil-resistant Nitrile rubber.  See Detail Listing for more information. Price is Each.

New Norton OHV 1947-51 'T Piece' Rockerbox Oil Feed Connector Pipe + 3 Ferrules - (Set of 4)

This is the rubber 'T Piece' connector pipe and ferrule fittings that was fitted to Norton OHV Singles from 1948-51 (i.e. upright gearbox models with the 1948 onwards OHV engine design, as well as the 500T) - that was fitted to the Oil Feed Return Pipe assembly, and was used to feed oil directly to the rockerbox on that engine type. These are manufactured to the original Norton design (copied from an original) from high quality oil-resistant Nitrile rubber.  See Detail Listing for more information. Price is Each.

- This is the bronze quill/plunger used to feed oil to the Big End Bearing, fits all SOHC engines, and those pre-38 OHV/SV engines with external round nut on timing over. Note : These plungers are NOT interchangeable with the Cambox Feed Plunger, as that plunger has a smaller feedhole!

OHV/SV Big End Oil Feed Quill Holder (1938 - 1947 OHV/SV type) - Each

Product no.: 1295 8835

This is the steel Big End Quill Holder - fitted into the timing cover of the 1938-47 OHV and Civilian type 16H Side Valve models, its purpose being to hold the Big End Quill and spring.  These models were only offered for a short period (i.e. 1938-39 and 1946-47 and the timing cover differs from both the earlier pre-38 and 48 onwards models so they are very difficult to find parts for.  It is not unusual to find that the quill holder on these models is damaged in the timing cover - therefore this is a difficult replacement to find.  These are CNC manufactured by ourelsves, copied from an original Norton pattern, from high tensile EN16T.  Read the full item description for more information before ordering. Price is Each

This listing is for a replacement 'kit' of 3 parts to replace the original 1930-1937 OHV and SideValve model timing gear lubrication assembly - that was fitted into the timing covers.  The assembly was normallly retained in the cover with a centre punch to the alloy close to the screwdriver slot - so is rarely checked by owners - but actually it served the important purpose of supplying oil directly onto the timing gear (cams and followers), so should be periodically checked.  The kit consists of the ball, conical spring and CNC manufactured Insert screw (from EN36) all copied from riginal Norton patterns.  Read the full item description for more information before ordering. Price is for a kit of 3 parts

OHV/SV 1930 - 1947 OHV/SV type Timing Cover Pressure Release - Ball and Spring Only - (2 parts)

This is the Spring and Ball that were fitted behind the screw in plug fitted to OHV and SV models between 1931 to 1947.  Over that period there were two designs of timing covers 1931-37 and 1938-47 type, and although the screw in plug design was different on each of those designs, the spring and ball that fitted behind the screw in plug was the same for both design types.  Therefore if you have stripped this assembly from your timing cover, and believe the original plug is still reusable - we can offer just the ball and spring on their own here.  The spring is manufactured by our specialist UK spring manufacturer and directly copies the original Norton design. New 1927-1930 Walter Moore CS1 (and CSJ) : Complete Big End Quill Assembly - (5 parts)

This item listing is for a complete 'Big End Quill Assembly' of the type and design fitted to the first SOHC 1927-29 Walter Moore CS1/CSJ models - the model that was often referred to as the 'Cricket Bat' type engines, due to the distinctive timing case and vertical shaft design.  This assembly is accurately copied from original items loaned to us from owners of genuine bikes.  The assembly consists of - the steel quill holder, the bronze quill itself, the special hollow screw that retains the quill holder into the timing case, the fibre washer that fits behnnd the screw - and the long spring that fits into the recess of the cover screw and the big end quill.  All the main parts are CNC manufactured by ourselves as is the spring.  Please read the detail listing for more infomration before ordering.  Note - the 1927 Spare Parts Catalog also lists this assembly being fitted to the OHV ES2 model. This is a 79.62mm (500cc) forged slipper piston which copies the same vital dimensions as the original 1940's-50's Norton Heplex 572 OHV (Model 18 and ES2) piston, other than having a slightly raised crown - which on most OHV models should relate to an estimated @8:1  compression ratio.  As with our SOHC slipper pistons - these are the highest quality forged slipper pistons made by top manufacturer Omega.  They are also similar to the lower compression SOHC Inter pistons, often fitted to CS1's and road going Inters (or later Inters).
