This is the rarest of all timing covers - the pre-1938 'Ribbed' type outer timing cover, but made in magnesium. As far as I am aware, there were only a handful of these covers made, for the 1937'ish Big Plunger Works race bikes. A nice addition if you have a pre-war competition Inter or early Manx and like the ribbed type cover and want to give it that special touch.  They are also very light!

As with all parts we produce, these castings have been maufactured to be as close as possible to the shape and look of the original castings, and even have the original casting number, in the same position as per original. Complete with bronze oil pump bearing fitted

SOHC (and early OHV/SV) Big End/Camshaft Oil Feed Jet Holder Nut

- Stainless steel shouldered hexagon nut that fits over jet holder on the International and SOHC Manx timing cover (feeding oil to the BigEnd) and timing case of all Norton models pre-36. The same nut is also used on pre-Featherbed SOHC Manx Norton cambox covers (i.e. those with an additional oil feed).  Very pretty in Stainless Steel

SOHC Crankcase Feed/Return Oil Pipe Union

These are the unions that screw into the crankcase behind the timing chamber - it is the smaller 1/4" BSP side that screws into the crankcase, the larger side is 3/8" BSP and takes the distinctive large oil pipes fitted to Norton Internationals.
