Pair of classic Norton 'D' shaped footrest rubbers, with Norton embossed on them as per originals, as fitted to all Norton roadgoing singles and pre-Featherbed race bikes

- These laser cut brackets can be brazed or pressed onto a tube that feeds over the Norton footrest bar if your original brackets are bent or damaged, as so many often are. They are designed to hold the distinctive kidney shaped Norton rubbers.  come as a set of 4 brackets - see detail listing for more information

These laser cut brackets can be brazed onto your original footrests, as they are often missing or damaged - this type is of racing type where the outer one had an ear - this type being smaller than original, with more chance of passing modern scrutineering if racing

They are designed to hold the distinctive kidney shaped Norton rubbers - these are replicated from an original SOHC Manx model and have a distinctive shape on the outer bracket with a large vertical tab to stop the foot coming off the footrest in competition.  Item consists of 4 bracket plates 

These are nice quality, heavweight footrest rubbers - embossed with VINCENT in their centres, as per originals.  These fit both rider and pillion footrests on all Series C and D models. Sold as pair

This Norton footrest set consists of the Norton 'D' type rubbers, the complete tube and both 'D' shape plates, as well as the two long bolts that hold the rubber footrests in place. Price is for pair of complete assemblies (see detail listing for more information).

Nice copy of the pillion footrest rubber - as shown in the 1948 Norton Spares catalog . . . which are of the correct type used in conjunction with the pressed steel footrest hangers which were used by Norton's on all Rigid and Plunger framed models of the 1930's/40's/50's. Embossed with Norton logo.

These pillion footrest rubbers are of the type shown in the 1955 Norton Spare Parts Catalog as being fitted to the swinging arm frame which was used for the Norton ES2, Model 19S and Dominator in the mid/late 1950's.

Classic 'Halycon' Style Tax Disc Holder, this model being in Stainless Steel so it will not tarnish or rust.  

Although it is no longer a legal requirement to fit tax disc's, all historic bikes would have originally been fitted with them - so in my view, no restoration would be complete without fitting a tax disc holder - and I use this type on some of my bikes.

Update Jan 2016:  To go with these tax disc holders, I will soon be able to offer facsimile historic Tax Discs which will be tailored to include your own bike details.  I am hoping eventually to have these available for all years from the 1930's - to 1970's.  For the moment, I am able to offer 1961,1962,1972 - see photograph 3 for an example using one of my own bike details.  Please email for details if you require a facsimile tax disc 

Front Number plate, painted with a black finish.

This number plate has a sporty rake on on one side (which would be facing the rear of the bike.  However - if you prefer the symetric shape that was adoped on some bikes (i.e. the Vincent used a symetric front number plate commonly), then it is a simple job to copy the shape of the other end onto a cardboard template and then use this as a template to help cut away the 'rake' part on the other end, leaving a symetric style plate.  I have done this with one of these plates when fitting one to my Vincent Comet restoration

These pillion footrest hangers and Norton embossed footrest rubbers are a good replica of the heavyweight pressed steel type fitted to Norton single models through the 1930's to 1950's - i.e. most Rigid and Plunger framed road going models.  They come as a pair.  See listing for more detail

This is a beautifully made copy of the original pre-war Es-Way telescopic prop stand - a great add on for any 1920's-1950's British rigid (and possibly plunger) motorcycle and a period piece that would like great and in keeping on your roadgoing Norton International - or any rigid Norton for that matter!
