These are nice quality UK manufactured bolts, with a nice machined hex head in stainless, with no writing on them - just right for any classic restoration.  I use these myself on numerous restoration projects . . . very useful

Pack of 4 x 1.00" long (overall length) x 2 BA Cheeseheaded screws in stainless steel. The actual threaded length is 0.875" - and they can easily be shortened if required. to fit a number of applications such as controls, electrical fittings, small brackets etc.

These are nice quality UK manufactured screws in 2 BA size, with a standard slotted screwdriver head.  Please note: we also sell both 1BA and 2BA barturned 'Cheesehead' screws in-house on our own CNC machine - these are item numbers 0250 (1 BA) and 0335 (2BA), specifically for British Bike handlebar fittings and similar, with a deeper head than those shown here and of the same design as was often fitted in the motorcycle industry (and the 1 BA size particularly are now extremely difficult to find).  Obviously - as they are bar turned and only made in small volumes, they are much more expensive - but the commercially manufactured 2BA stainless screws shown here are nice quality and offer good value for money for general purpose fittings.

Period Style (i.e. early 1900's to 1950's) Valve Caps - Pair

Anyone that has recently bought a new motorcycle inner tube will know they always come these days with a black plastic valve cap - most of them, with an inbuilt valve remover.  Even if you manage to find more period looking metal valve caps - most of them also seem to have the little extra bit at the top for removing the valve.  Although this valve remover is a useful feature - it also normally has a hole through it, which lets the air out and defy's the point of having a valve cap really!!

Therefore, we sell these very nice period looking steel valve caps, with a (red) nylon sealing washer on the inside, and nicely plated.  As well as looking period for any bike from the early 1900's through to the 1950's, they are closed, and therefore will not allow air to escape through the valve if your bike is stood up for long periods of time (like most of mine are!). 

In the accompanying photograph I have one fitted to my 1919-20 Douglas, which is fitted with Beaded Edge tyres - which are very susceptable to losing air, so hopefully these will help.  They look nice as well 

Correct alloy footrest assemby hanger plates for Vincent Black Lightning 1000cc racing motorcycle, lasercut from correct thickness alloy plate from original Black Lightning templates, then lightly linished.  Sold as pair

These hanger plates are lasercut in 8mm alumium and are taken from templates I took from a genuine Vincent Black Lightning about 30 years ago (lent to me by the late Ted Davis). The holes are the correct diameter and in the correct place - and as you can see from the photographs, I used a similar set on my own Black Lightning replica. As far as I know, these have never been available for sale since Vincent's stopped making Lightning's!.

The left type was also used on Vincent 500cc Grey Flash's on both sides, and in the latest batch we had done (May 2021), we are now able to offer a few sets of the Vincent Grey Flash type (see Item 1017)

Please note:  As with all lasercut alloy plate - these are lasercut from large sheets in a lasercutting warehouse, so often come to us with some minor scratch's on them, as well as normal light lasercutting marks along their edges.  Therefore we linish these plates (a time consuming and unpleasent task!), to clean them up before packing (sprayed in light Duck Oil to protect from corrosion in storage).  They will still require some final rubbing down and polishing to give a final finish - but hopefully the worst of work is already  done.
