Alloy finned 'flange fitting' spacer of the type often fitted to sports or racing motorcycles (and Cafe racers) in the 1950's-1960's.  Fits those types of Amal carburettors with 2.0" stud distance flanges (i.e. TT/RN carbs, Monoblock, Concentric etc). This type is 32mm Bore (other sizes available, see listing)

Hex 'Push/Pull' Type 1/4" BSP Petrol Taps - as fitted to Most OHV/SV Norton Singles - Each

These Hex type 'Push/Pull' 1/4" BSP thread (into tank) and 1/4" BSP outlet thread petrol taps are of the same general design as fitted to most roadgoing Norton models from the 1930's-50's, i.e. SV, OHV, CS1 and Dominator models.  These particular reproduction fuel taps are CNC manufactured to a higher standard than most others we have seen - and include a gauze filter, and an additional BSP nut and ferrule (whcih means a copper pipe can be soldered in if required).  Price is per unit

!930's-1950's Lever Type 1/4" BSP Petrol Tap - With Filter. Nickel Finish - Each

These 1/4" BSP x 1/4" BSP Nickel Finish 'Lever Type' taps are of the type commonly fitted to competition bikes in period - and in fact, I think this style of tap were original fitment on later (1950 onwards?) Manx models - see listing for more information.  These are nice quality CNC manufactured reproductions of that original design and come fitted with a gauze fliter.  Price is each.

Amac HYK Carb ((i.e. for Douglas 2 3/4hp) - Amended/Lipped Main Jet Nut and Washers

Product no.: 1095 DG234_1644D

This item is an amended (lipped) type of bottom main jet holder, to fit early Amac carburettors - i.e. the HYK type, as fitted to Douglas 2 3/4hp Models (as listed 1919 -21 as part number 1644D).  The original Amac type main jet nut relied on a very narrow chamfer to create its seal, when screwing it in to secure the float chamber - and certainly on the original nuts I have, seem very susceptable to leaking.  This design has added a lipped flange and red fibre washer - which seats to the machined face of Amac floatchambers to prevent leakage.  See detail listing for more information.  Price is for (nickel plated) jet nut and 2 red fibre washers

Douglas 2 3/4hp - Original Style 1/8" BSP Petrol Tap and Filler Unit
