Cheap and cheerful reproduction of a proprietary British propstand. This type of propstand would normally clamp to the lower gearbox to rear wheel frame rail.
When I have fitted these in the past I have considered drilling and piinning them, to ensure they cannot rotate around the frame tube - but that is personal choice . . . as many people (myself included!) do not like to damage the frame tubes. An alternative is to put it close to another lug, with some kind of bracket to that to stop it moving. This is always the issue with any propstand.
This type is for 7/8" diameter tubes, but we may be able to obtain 1" type by special order
