This is a single filament 6 volt bulb, often used as a headlamp pilot light, or possibly the main bulb in a small capacity motorcycle, or early 6v indicators. The diameter of the metal part of the buib (i.e. where it fits into the headlight bayonet) is - 15mm, and the bayonet prongs are parallel.
