1.k Norton Engine Bolts, Screws, Nuts, Special Washers - SOHC (and Other Single Cylinder Models)

This is the 13289(Norton part number) 1/2" x 20 Engine Bolt set - M30/M40 (SOHC Manx Model) Norton front frame bolt, with the racing style 'Wasted Head' profile as would be expected on competition Manx models of the 1930's - 1950's magnesium engined models. 

As well as saving a small amount of weight over the 'rounded head' type, they also look very pretty. The set is CNC machined from stainless steel with the correct 'reduced Hex' head and profile, 2 stainless washers and reduced Hex wider nut

This is the special 13294 front engine plate top bolt that is fitted to M30/M40 (pre-Featherbed Manx) magnesium engines.  It has the correct 'reduced' head 0.600" AF hex head, with distinctive Norton curved head finish.  This set comes complete with correct matching E3224 nut and two washers, all in stainless steel. It is 3/8" shaft diameter  

This is the special 10410 front engine plate lower bolt that is fitted to M30/M40 (pre-Featherbed Manx) magnesium engines.  It has the correct 'reduced' head 0.600" AF hex head, with distinctive Norton curved head finish.  This set comes complete with correct matching E3238 nut and two washers, all in stainless steel.  It is 7/16" diameter shaft 

This is the special SOHC 13293 M30/M40 7/16" front/middle engine bolt - machined with the correct racing Norton type 'wasted' head, as fitted to M30/Manx Nortons.  It has the correct 'reduced' head 0.600" AF hex head, and the set comes complete with correct matching E3238 nut and two washers, all in stainless steel.  It is 7/16" diameter shaft 

This is the 10432 (Norton part number) 7/16" x 20 above magneto/rear engine bolt set as fitted to some competition Norton Model 30M (500cc) models - i.e. to fit the SOHC Manx 500cc crankcase.  It has a 'wasted head', meaning it is fractionally lighter as well as looking very pretty.  The set consists of hex head bolt, deep nut and two washers - CNC manufactured by ourselves in Stainless Steel. It is as used on many competition engines from 1930's/50's

This is the 10432 (Norton part number) 7/16" x 20 below magneto/rear engine bolt set as fitted to some competition Norton Model 30M (500cc) models - i.e. to fit the SOHC Manx 500cc crankcase.  It has a 'wasted head', meaning it is fractionally lighter as well as looking very pretty.  The set consists of hex head bolt, deep nut and two washers - CNC manufactured by ourselves in Stainless Steel. It is as used on many competition engines from 1930's/50's

This is the E4251 3/8" x 26tpi below magneto/rear engine bolt set as fitted to early Norton Model 40M/Pre 48 Manx Model 40M competition models - as fitted below the magneto, with the competition type distinctive Norton type 'Wasted Head'/reduced hex curved head profile.  The set consists of hex head bolt, deep nut and two washers - CNC manufactured by ourselves in Stainless Steel 

This is the E4251 3/8" x 26tpi above magneto/rear engine bolt set as fitted to early Norton Model 40M/Pre 48 Manx Model 40M competition models - as fitted above the magneto, with the competition type distinctive Norton type 'Wasted Head'/reduced hex curved head profile.  The set consists of hex head bolt, deep nut and two washers - CNC manufactured by ourselves in Stainless Steel. 

This is the multi-stepped crankcase bolt that is drilled through it centre to feed oil to the back of the crankcase wall, as well as providing a means to meter the feed of oil to the cambox

This kit of parts consists of the Cylinder Feed Bolt (A11/38), Cylinder Feed Lipped Nut (A11/878), Camfeed Adjuster Screw and nut (A11/40) + (A11/41), Adjuster screw washer (A11/40c), lipped nut Fibre Washer, 3/8" Stainless nut (for the drive side) and steel washer and fibre washer to go behind that (although this may be replaced with either Dowty washer or copper washer depending on what is in stock at the time. It also comes with instructions for setting this kit up for optimum oil setting. Buying these items as a kit provides a discount over buying the items individually
