This distinctive bolt is used to retain the petrol tank on all models of Norton petrol tank from the 1930's - 1950's (excluding bolthru Manx) - CNC manufactured in Stainless Steel to the dimensions as the original Norton petrol tank bolt - drilled for lockwire.  Price is each

- This is the Large dished Washer that was used on the bottom of all road going  SOHC, OHV and SV petrol tanks to hold captive the rubber washer that fitted under the frame tank bracket and protected the tank from vibration. Four were Fitted per petrol tank. the same Washers were also used on All pushrod and sidevalve tanks. Also used on Manx bolt thru oil tanks.  Very pretty and durable in stainless steel. - Lipped bottom tank rubber used between frame bracket and petrol tank (Sometimes this rubber has a packing Washer above it) - Four required per petrol tank. Flat bottom tank rubber used between dished washer and frame bracket (1.250" diameter) on most Norton petrol tanks - Four required per petrol tank.  Also used on some pre-Featherbed oil tank mounts - See listing detail for more information and model fitting.  Price is Each. 

These Hex type 'Push/Pull' 1/4" BSP thread (into tank) and 1/4" BSP outlet thread petrol taps are of the same general design as fitted to most roadgoing Norton models from the 1930's-50's, i.e. SV, OHV, CS1 and Dominator models.  These particular reproduction fuel taps are CNC manufactured to a higher standard than most others we have seen - and include a gauze filter, and an additional BSP nut and ferrule (whcih means a copper pipe can be soldered in if required).  Price is per unit

These 1/4" BSP x 1/4" BSP Nickel Finish 'Lever Type' taps are of the type commonly fitted to competition bikes in period - and in fact, I think this style of tap were original fitment on later (1950 onwards?) Manx models - see listing for more information.  These are nice quality CNC manufactured reproductions of that original design and come fitted with a gauze fliter.  Price is each.  

These petrol tank kneepads, with the Norton logo embossed in them are of the type fitted to Norton International's through the 1930's and into the early 1950's. This was also the type fitted to most SV and OHV model petrol tanks through the 1930's and until approximately 1953, when a slightly more bulbous tank was introduced on the ES2, which I also sell - Item Number 0419.. I am also able to supply the chromed screws that secure them to the petrol tank

These are the petrol tank kneepads fitted to swingarm models of mid to late 1950s (and later type plunger framed road models).

These CNC manufactured stainless steel screws are identical to the original Norton items, except we CNC manufacture them in stainless to the original Norton pattern. This product listing is for an excellent quality modern 'Solid State' dynamo regulator which can be used to replace original 'insides' of the notoriously unreliable Lucas 33018a type mechanical regulator, fitted to most Norton single roadgoing models both pre and post war.

This is a proprietary reproduction open 'megga' exhaust trumpet with a small reversed lip at the end. It is 1.750" exhaust bore, so will fit Norton SOHC bikes, and as it has no baffles fitted should make a very fruity noise!

These are the split brass washers that are soldered to the end of the HT lead that is screwed into Lucas and other similar magnetos that use screw in HT connections.  Using these washers give a good connection and retains the HT lead as the was.  Price is for pack of 4

These DOHC Manx Norton type seat cover kits are professionallly hand manufactured in the UK - using a genuine 1950's Manx Norton Seat pan and cover as templates.  The kit consists of the hand stitched cover, with correct red beading and accurate black vinyl, Foam kit, pop rivets and some drawing templates taken from original DOHC Manx Norton seat pan.  See listing for detail information

These are the fine thread screws that fit the Lucas Magdyno triangular front cover in place, as used on most Norton roadgoing singles from the 1930's through to the late 1950's.  Nice shallow curve to the front of the screws, as per the originals. Price is for pack of 4

These Red Fibre Washers are a smaller diameter than 'normal' 1/4" BSP washers - but then pre-threaded by us - so they are a good fit on those Norton fittings that used 1/4" BSP thread, but have a groove behind the thread - e.g. Norton pre-48 Oil Sump Plugs and some breather union fittings.  See detail listing for more information.  This listing is for a pair washers

These Red Fibre Washers are a nice close fit on 1/4" BSP threads and are useful for many Norton fittings - such as those breather unions and petrol taps that have a 1/4" BSP thread that comes up close to the hex or shoulder.
