This listing is for a CNC manufactured clevis, square headed clevis bolt, washer and locknut to fit an Douglas 2 3/4hp model of early  type.  All are manufactured in stainless steel from an original Douglas pattern

This is a CNC manufactured clevis in stainless steel to fit the 2 speed gearbox fitted to Douglas 2 3/4hp models.  It is copied from an orgiinal Douglas clevis.  (may also fit other gearboxs for Douglas's of this era.

This is a faithful reproduction of the gearlever knob fitted to early 2 - speed Douglas motorcycles - the 2 3/4hp and 4hp models.  It is CNC manufactured from exotic wood - either Wenge (dark) or Yew (light) to a high finish, lacquered and comes complete with CNC manufactured gearlever bolt in Stainless steel.  Price is for the pair

This is a CNC manufactured stainless steel reproduction of the bolt that retains the wooden gearknob fitted to two speed Douglas 2 3/4hp and 4hp models up from 1912'ish, to the mid 1920's.  It's thread and profile is copied from an original item and it has a shouldered plain shaft that allows the bolt to 'bottom' against the gearlever and the knob to spin freely

These are the distinctive barrel headed screws that were used to retain the Low/High Gear gate to the frame on early Douglas 2 speed models - Douglas 2 3/4hp and Douglas 4hp models up until the early 1920's.  These screws are CNC machined to the original pattern in stainless steel.  Price is for a pair of screws

These special cylinder shaped bolts are used to retain rear wheel Belt Drive rims to the rear wheel of Beaded Edge rims on Edwardian belt drive motorcycles.  They  are cross drilled to be fed onto 12 Gauge (2.55 mm) spokes, and then have a small head and nut that feeds onto your belt drive rim.  All parts are in stainless steel.  These are sold as Each (you need to check your belt rim to decide how many you will need)

Chronometric speedometer or rev clock Needle - later type with a rectangular shape on the opposite end to the needle.  Nicely made in brass with central boss.

This listing is for a high quality reproduction of the 'lipped' and chromed Inlet Ring and distinctive shaped bolt that were fitted to Amal Type 76 and 276 Stub fitting carburettors, and locked the carburettor to the inllet stub.  Both the ring and bolt are identical to the original patterns, with the inlet ring being chromed brass and the bolt in polished stainless steel.  This item listing is for the smaller size ring - see listing detail for more size information.  Price is per pair

This is the thick 'D' Shaped gasket that fits underneath the HT pickup fitted to Lucas K2F Type magnetos, where the HT Pickup is held by a clip.  These are high quality UK manufactured gaskts. Price is Each.

Breather pipe to fit one-way valve on SOHC engines - alternative type.  This type looks good on a SOHC engine if used for competition, with open primary chain.  But can also be used on most singles if you like this profile!.  Supplied with lockwire for attaching flexible breather pipe to catchtank etc. Back in stock May 2025
