This is the 10432 (Norton part number) 7/16" x 20 above magneto/rear engine bolt set as fitted to some competition Norton Model 30M (500cc) models - i.e. to fit the SOHC Manx 500cc crankcase.  It has a 'wasted head', meaning it is fractionally lighter as well as looking very pretty.  The set consists of hex head bolt, deep nut and two washers - CNC manufactured by ourselves in Stainless Steel. It is as used on many competition engines from 1930's/50's

Product no.: 0716 E4262

This is the E4262 5/16" x 26 engine cradle bolt set as fitted to Norton International Model 30/40 and all other Norton models if fitted into a 'Cradle' type frame. This bolt has the normal Norton curved head shape and deeper hex than commercial 5/16" bolts.  Two of these bolts are fitted and feed through the bottom frame cradle and engine.  The set consists of hex head bolt, deep nut and two washers - CNC manufactured by ourselves in Stainless Steel. It is as used on all rigid and plunger cradle framed SOHC models from 1930's/50's

13289(I) - SOHC 30/40 (Rounded Head) Front Frame Engine Bolt Set (1/2"x20 tpi) - Stainless Steel

Product no.: 0726 13289(I)

This is the 13289(Norton part number) 1/2" x 20 Engine Bolt set - but as fitted to SOHC Norton International Model 30 and Model 40 models, with the rounded head profile as would be expected on roadgoing International models.  It should be noted that Norton themselves actually used a 0.5" Stud with nuts both ends for this bolt on roadgoing models - but that was probably for convenience, so this bolt is manufactuered as a Hex head bolt, with a nut on just one end (as per the Manx equivelant, but with rounded head). The set is CNC machined from stainless steel with the correct 'reduced Hex' head and profile, 2 stainless washers and reduced Hex wider nut

This is the 13289(Norton part number) 1/2" x 20 Engine Bolt set - M30/M40 (SOHC Manx Model) Norton front frame bolt, with the racing style 'Wasted Head' profile as would be expected on competition Manx models of the 1930's - 1950's magnesium engined models. 

As well as saving a small amount of weight over the 'rounded head' type, they also look very pretty. The set is CNC machined from stainless steel with the correct 'reduced Hex' head and profile, 2 stainless washers and reduced Hex wider nut

This is the E3227 0.5" x 20tpi nut that is used on the front downtube engine bolt on Model 30/40 and M30/M40, CS1/CSJ models.  The nut follows original Norton profile - i.e. being a reduced sized Hex and deeper in depth than other commercial 0.5" nuts. The nut is CNC manufactured by us in non rusting stainless steel
