This item is for a pair of the distinctive 'conical' shaped valve spring cups, of the type that were fitted on OHV and Walter Moore CS1 Norton engines through from approximately 1928 up to 1931. This design of conical valve cap was the 2nd design - introduced in approximately 1928, and replacing the smaller/earlier conical pattern used on the first OHV models, and earliest CS1 models - which we also offer, see Item 1225.  CNC machined from an original pattern, including radial holes - We can also offer two valve spring types to fit this valve cup type - see listing for details.  Sold as matching top and bottom cup - see listing for more detailed information

This item is for a spare spring - of the type that were fitted into the distinctive 'Clack Valve' breathers in 1920's OHV and Walter Moore CS1 breathers - an original dismantled clack valve (shown in photo) providing the spring pattern.  We will shortly be manufacturing the complete breather/clack valve unit.  See listing for more information.  Price is per spring

Traditional brown oil resistent paper type gasket to fit on the base of 500cc OHV barrels. Also can be used for some SOHC Models.  See detail listing for more information  

This is a 79mm (500cc) piston to fit Norton 79mm x 100mm Lonstroke singles - from well known piston manufacturer - JP Pistons. These pistons are CNC machined and very well made. 

This is a proprietary reproduction open 'megga' exhaust trumpet with a small reversed lip at the end. It is 1.750" exhaust bore, so will fit Norton SOHC bikes, and as it has no baffles fitted should make a very fruity noise! These are supplied to us unplated, but have a mounting bracket and adaptor for a smaller exhaust and could provide a good starting point for the earlier pre-war type Norton megga, before replating.  See Listing for more detail.  Price is Each

This is a nice quality Exhaust Megga, with baffles fitted, so a nice choice for your 1950's style Cammy Norton or sports bike (i.e. ES2 cafe racer), as it is to fit 1.750" pipe as fitted to all Norton singles. It has a slight reverse cone and the baffles looked to be screwed in, so may be able to remove.  It also comes with mounting bracket and adaptor rings to fit smaller exhaust pipes.  See Listing for more detail.  Price is Each (with adaptor rings and mounting bracket)

Commercial quality ThreeBond silicone gasket mateial, Type 1215 - 250g Tube and applicator - in Grey colour.  I have been using this high quality silicone sealer for gasket application for about 20 years - and in my opnion there is no finer silicone gasket material available.  This 250g tube should last most restorers a good period of time.  We also sell Type 1207B Black silicone sealant in 100g tubes.  See listing for more detail.  Price is Each
