Glass Support Ring for Chronometric Speedo/Rev Clock

This is the recessed ring that fits snugly into the top of the speedo/rev clock case on chronometric (80mm) instruments and holds the glass in place. This is a nice quality item with a pretty plated finish. Often, when stripping an original instrument this item will found to be in poor condition, for which this is an ideal replacement. In the accompyaning photograph you can see an original pre-war Norton International speedometer, to which I have fitted one of these rings
