This is the gasket that fits between the main gearbox casting and inner cover casting fitted to the Norton Laydown style gearbox's that were introduced on all Norton models from 1951 (all singles, twins and Featherbed DOHC Manx Models) and were used until the introduction of the AMC type gearbox in 1957. Made in nice oil resistent gasket material.
Although similar in design - this type of gasket does not fit the later AMC gearbox casting (see item 0934), the shape being slightly different.
Made in nice quality black oil resistent material by a specialist UK based gasket manufacturer.
Note - Jan 2021 - We are looking to have patterns made for the small oval shape inspection gasket for the clutch worm cover, email at sales@racingvincent.co.uk for details
