This is the distinctively shaped Air Intake bellmouth and filter assembly - as fitted only to Norton OHV and SV model Amal 76/276 type carburettors from the 1930s until the 1950's.  We have had these bellmoouths, filters and spring clips manufactured to the original style and pattern and they can be purchased as a complete assembly (in either bare alloy or matt silver) or components.  See detail listing for more information - and the different items available

500cc OHV Model 18/ES2 (or SOHC CS1) Type Omega Forged Piston - (Approx 8.0:1 CR) - 79.62mm Bore

Product no.: 1061 C7/161HC

This is a 79.62mm (500cc) forged slipper piston which copies the same vital dimensions as the original 1940's-50's Norton Heplex 572 OHV (Model 18 and ES2) piston, other than having a slightly raised crown - which on most OHV models should relate to an estimated @8:1  compression ratio.  As with our SOHC slipper pistons - these are the highest quality forged slipper pistons made by top manufacturer Omega.  They are also similar to the lower compression SOHC Inter pistons, often fitted to CS1's and road going Inters (or later Inters). 1924-1928 Small Conical Valve Spring Cups - Early Type: OHV (and 1st year CS1) - (Top/Bottom Pair)

Product no.: 1225 4060/1

This item is for a pair of the earliest type OHV Valve Spring Cups - which have a distinctive 'conical' shaped top valve spring cup, with radial holes.  These were used on the earliest OHV models (@1924-28), but were also fitted to the first year of Walter Moore CS1 SOHC models.  But note - these early type were of a smaller diameter than the type that replaced them from approximately 1928 onwards - which also had a conical top cup - so it is very important to read the full item listing before deciding if these are correct for your engine.  Price is per pair (i.e. one top and one bottom cup per pair, two pairs required per engine). High quality (UK manufactured) coil valve springs to fit the first Norton OHV models manufactured 1924 - circa 1929, and also the first Walter Moore CS1 models 1927 - circa 1928.  These are the early (small conical top cup ) type - but the longer length (see also item 1135 for shorter type). This item is for a pair of the distinctive 'conical' shaped valve spring cups, of the type that were fitted on OHV and Walter Moore CS1 Norton engines through from approximately 1928 up to 1931. This design of conical valve cap was the 2nd design - introduced in approximately 1928, and replacing the smaller/earlier conical pattern used on the first OHV models, and earliest CS1 models - which we also offer, see Item 1225.  CNC machined from an original pattern, including radial holes - We can also offer two valve spring types to fit this valve cup type - see listing for details.  Sold as matching top and bottom cup - see listing for more detailed information
