Norton 1925 Spare Parts List:(All SV & OHV Models) - A4 FacsimileProduct no.: 1150 WKM023- This is a high quality facsimile of the original Norton 1925 Spare Parts Catalog, but printed in A4 format - to give additional clarity. This has to be rarest of all Norton Spare Parts Lists - and covers all Flat Tank Side Valve models, as well as an additional section covering the very first OHV models - making this an interesting and excellent read, even if you are not lucky enough to own a Flat Tank model! We print these pre-war catalogs in larger format as they did not use 'Exploded' diagrams - therefore A4 format makes the pictures much easier to see. SOHC Walter Moore CS1 (and Mod 18) 1927-30 Main Roller Bearing ‘C3’ Fit - NKE BrandProduct no.: 1073b 4016This is the single row roller bearing as fitted to both sides of the SOHC Walter Moore CS1 and CSJ 1927 - 1930 engines. 500cc OHV Model 18/ES2 (or SOHC CS1) Type Omega Forged Piston - (Approx 8.0:1 CR) - 79.62mm BoreProduct no.: 1061 C7/161HCThis is a 79.62mm (500cc) forged slipper piston which copies the same vital dimensions as the original 1940's-50's Norton Heplex 572 OHV (Model 18 and ES2) piston, other than having a slightly raised crown - which on most OHV models should relate to an estimated @8:1 compression ratio. As with our SOHC slipper pistons - these are the highest quality forged slipper pistons made by top manufacturer Omega. 1926 - 1929 Type - OHV Front Rocker Arm Ball Type Tappet Adjuster and Nut - (2 Parts)Product no.: 1119 Pt-5157This Rocker Adjuster and Tapered Locknut are to fit Flat Tank OHV Models (i.e Model 18 and Model 19) between approximately 1926 and 1929 - the distinguishing features of this type being that this type screwed into the front of the OHV Rockers, and had a 'ball' profile at the end - that fitted directly into the top Pushrod cup. We have CNC manufactured this type using an original 1920's Norton item as the pattern and includes the correct profile locknut, with tapered bottom face, the locknut being in stainless steel. 1926 - 1929 Type - OHV Front Rocker Adjuster - Spare Locknut in Stainless Steel - (Each)Product no.: 1120 Pt-5158These are the distinctive 9/32" x 26tpi BSC tapered locknuts as fitted to the Norton OHV Ball type rocker adjusters from approximately 1926-29. These have been CNC manufactured in stainless steel to exactly the same dimensions as a Norton 1920's example. Note we also sell the locknut with the actual adjuster - see Item 1119, but as the original nuts are often chewed or come loose and fall off - we sell them on their own here. Price is each |
1928 - 1937? Type - OHV/CS1 Rocker Arm Pad Type Tappet Adjuster/Nut - (2 Parts)Product no.: 1121 Pt-9163This Flat Bottomed Rocker Adjuster and Tapered Locknut are to fit the first SOHC Walter Moore (i.e. Cricket Bat type) and 1930 - 1937 OHV Models. They were fitted to CS1 models from 1927-1930 (approximately) and OHV models from 1929 - 1937. This type of rocker adjuster were fitted to the rear rocker arms and acted directly on the valves. We have CNC manufactured this type using an original early 1930's Norton item as the pattern and includes the correct profile locknut, with tapered bottom face, the locknut being in stainless steel. 1928 - 1937 Type - OHV/CS1 - Longer Type - Rocker Arm Pad Tappet Adjuster/Nut - (2 Parts)Product no.: 1122 Pt-9163LThis Flat Bottomed Rocker Adjuster and Tapered Locknut are a slightly longer version of the 9163 (Std length) adjuster fitted to early SOHC engines and most OHV models up to 1937. 1938 - 1947 OHV Engine Pushrod - Adjustable Tappet Type: Length To Order - Complete Pushrod AssemblyProduct no.: 1125 8883This item is for a complete (single) adjustable pushrod assembly to fit the 1938-47 design of OHV Engines. This design employed the earlier long steel pushrod tube design - but unlike the earlier design, the top piece had a screw on adjustable top cup and locknut. These are CNC machined fron stainless steel to the same dimensions as original Norton pushrod locknuts, an original nut being used as the pattern, however we manufacture these in stainless steel. This item is for a pair of the earliest type OHV Valve Spring Cups - which have a distinctive 'conical' shaped top valve spring cup, with radial holes. These were used on the earliest OHV models (@1924-28), but were also fitted to the first year of Walter Moore CS1 SOHC models. But note - these early type were of a smaller diameter than the type that replaced them from approximately 1928 onwards - which also had a conical top cup - so it is very important to read the full item listing before deciding if these are correct for your engine.
