The accompanyning exploded engine diagram shows the type of OHV engine this tappet adjuster gasket fits, it being almost the last design of OHV rockerbox - which had a much wider aluminium tappet cover (with cast in 'N' motif) than the earlier 48-56 style rockerbox.
